Andrew Claerbout

Andrew has more than 15 years experience in aircraft leasing, having previously worked for Carlyle Aviation Partners, Sky Leasing and BBAM.  During his career Andrew has transacted nearly $1 billion in aviation assets globally.

Andrew has received a B.S. degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as well as an MBA from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea.

Patrick Dee

Patrick started his career in finance which included working at Merrill Lynch and BDO Capital and Investment Corporation.

Patrick has since expanded into aviation as a country representative for Seyou Corporation, Executive Vice President for Pan Pacific Airlines as well as commercial real estate development.

Patrick holds a B.S. degree from Northeastern University.

Dr. David Yu

David is the Chairman of Asia Aviation Valuation Advisors (AAVA), Asia’s first professional aviation valuation and advisory firm.

David is also a professor of practice in finance at NYU Shanghai and Stern, where he teaches a variety of international finance and investment-related courses including cross border investing.

Colin Nam

Colin started his career at Hi Investment Securities in the Aviation Financing Team. Colin has also served as a Country Manager at Stellwagen Korea. During his time there, Colin closed numerous aircraft financing transactions with some of the most respected airlines in the world.  

Now, as the Founder and CEO of VMIC Aviation, Colin is playing an essential role in developing the Korean aviation finance and leasing market.
